Reflecting the clients and communities we serve starts here. Committee members bring their unique backgrounds, experiences, cultures and ideas to the drawing board to cultivate a more equitable, diverse and inclusive workplace – the core of EXP’s DE+I strategic plan. With leadership’s support, they develop initiatives, best practices and goals to eliminate systematic barriers, retain and attract the most qualified and diverse talent and influence positive change.
