Located adjacent to the Village’s existing fire station, the new state-of-the-art 911 facility and police headquarters design creates a modern, consolidated campus arrangement improving overall operational efficiency for public safety responders.
The facility features both a new police headquarters and 911 facility for the Village of Calumet. The Police Headquarters includes a sally-port and booking area with six individual holding cells and two group holding areas.
The 911 facility includes a secure 911 command and control center with capacity for eight dedicated 911 consoles and remote monitoring via CCTV camera interface. The upgraded technology aids in quicker and more efficient response to the community.
Courtrooms, conference center, and administrative space are also included in the building program. The building has been designed to accommodate a future second floor, projected to accommodate additional police and administrative functions.
