This new sustainable development establishes a modern and friendly place of gathering. As a community building project, Phase 1 involved redevelopment between Jeanne-Mance and Clark Streets in Montreal’s Chinatown. The design serves residents and families of the immediate neighborhood by providing an area for exchange, gathering and relaxation.
As a continuation of Phase 1 urban planning, Phase 2 brought redevelopment between Saint-Dominique and Sanguinet Streets. This segment was the missing link in the completion of a genuine urban promenade. Between heritage and urbanity, this segment starts in the heart of the Health District (new Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal facility) and provides the link to Chinatown.
