Features include solar-powered electrical arrays and geothermal heating and cooling systems. The 10-story structure is 77% more energy efficient than a conventional building.
EXP performed geotechnical and environmental site assessment for the Hēlio site, and has continued providing services during construction. Working in collaboration with the design team, EXP consulted on the curtain wall and helped optimize the building envelope design with a cost-effective solution within the construction budget.
