EXP is pleased to announce that Allison Dunn Wilson has joined the firm as Vice President of Building Services out of the Mid-Atlantic office in Washington, DC. In this role, Allison will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and partnerships to grow EXP’s building services capabilities.
Allison brings over 25 years of industry experience to the firm, with an extensive background in business development, client relations and operational leadership. Her industry experience includes development and delivery of sustainable energy, smart building technology and life safety building solutions across sectors.
She joins the firm following a long and successful career at Johnson Controls, where she led multiple business units while driving growth and operational excellence and focusing on customer satisfaction. Her proven track record of coordinating business leadership with a client focus will drive the firm’s growth trajectory and solidify its position as a trusted partner for building solutions.

Allison is a LEED Accredited Professional and has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Morgan State University, a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University and completed additional executive leadership studies at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. She is a member of Leadership Maryland and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
