EXP is proud to announce the promotion of Anthony ‘Tony’ Caruso to senior vice president, US Transportation South and sector leader. In his new role, Tony will lead strategic growth strategies, position EXP for transportation and infrastructure initiatives in Florida and Georgia and promote the firm’s one-of-a-kind culture.
Tony brings over 30 years of engineering and construction industry experience, with emphasis on program and project management, construction engineering and inspection and successful client relationships. Throughout his career, Tony has managed complex repair, rehabilitation and construction projects for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT)’s districts, state, county and municipal agencies. His contributions have been instrumental in enhancing Florida’s robust transportation system, including FDOT’s District 7 Districtwide Bridge Contract, Hillsborough County’s Apollo Beach Extension project and Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority’s Selmon Expressway Himes Bridge Approach Slab Rehabilitation and Spall Repair and many others.

Tony has been an invaluable asset to EXP’s growth in Florida. Before this role, Tony served in numerous leadership roles within the firm. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, and a registered professional engineer in Florida, Georgia and Texas.
