EXP is proud to announce the promotion of Brett Beetham to Vice President, Human Resources. Brett holds 15 years of experience in human resources strategy and will support the most important asset in our organization, our people.
Throughout Brett’s tenure at the firm, he has demonstrated a deep understanding of EXP’s culture of client satisfaction, employees’ well-being and a commitment to building an inclusive workforce. Previously spearheading EXP’s human resources initiatives across the United States, Brett’s role now encompasses EXP’s 4000+ global workforce.
As a member of EXP’s executive leadership team, he will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of HR strategies that align with firmwide objectives and support EXP’s mission, vision and values. Brett will also oversee EXP’s compensation and benefits plans, organizational design and talent and change management.
“Throughout his career, Brett has played a critical role in the delivery of innovative strategic human resource solutions,” said EXP’s President and Chief Operating Officer Mark Dvorak. “It’s very important time within our industry, and Brett’s proven success will allow for EXP to continue on our growth trajectory with operational success and the employee experience at the forefront,” he continued.
Brett received his bachelor’s degree in corporate communications from Aurora University. He is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
