Black History Month is a time to honor and reflect on the immeasurable accomplishments of Black individuals throughout history. We are honored to be a part of a profession, which has grown tremendously because of the contributions and excellence of Black professionals. This year, we look forward to creating more awareness about diversity, equity and inclusion and creating more platforms for Black voices to be heard and shared.
With transparency as our core value, we have kept lines of communication open and invested in learning and understanding our role in ensuring we do all we can to support Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) communities.
