The MW tower – short for Mon Wellington (My Wellington) – will provide commercial space on the ground floor, office space on floors two to five – with two floors dedicated to EXP’s 200 Sherbrooke employees – and residential space on floors six to ten.
Depending on what the place is to them, MW may also take on a different meaning for each user:
- My place of business on Wellington
- My apartment on Wellington
- My square on Wellington
- My restaurant on Wellington

We’re happy to share renderings of the future MW tower’s entrance hall, provided by project architects, the Architech Design | Bilodeau Baril Leeming consortium.
Construction is well under way and we can’t wait to see the finished work! Construction is at an advanced stage for the parking structure and has begun for the QG tower. Work on the MW tower is next and will be carried out concurrently with work on the first tower.
