Our earth and environment sector experts will be bringing their expertise to sites across Quebec, with the Quebec Ministry of Transportation (MTQ) awarding EXP three major contracts for soils and materials engineering.
For the first contract, experts from seven of our Quebec offices and labs – located in Montreal, Lévis, Drummondville, Granby, Gatineau, Laval and Sherbrooke – will be providing wearing course design and construction supervision services. This task order contract with several service providers will run through the spring of 2022.
The second contract will have our E+E teams working across the province, on projects in three different areas of expertise. Our engineers and technicians will be tasked with controlling material quality, performing tests on pavement materials and existing structures, and conducting soil and pavement reconnaissance studies.
The third is a qualification contract awarded for all of Quebec to conduct geotechnical studies and provide supervision for geotechnical work.
