We are proud to announce that EXP has been awarded two contracts to design and prepare plans and specifications for the construction of new schools in Beauharnois and Stoneham, Quebec. With over 4,000 projects completed in the education sector, EXP’s Building + Industry and Infrastructure teams will create sustainable institutions and environments conducive to teaching and learning.
EXP’s mechanical and electrical engineering, civil engineering and structural engineering teams will conduct the preliminary design studies for the new primary school in Beauharnois, which is a contract from the Centre de services scolaire de la Vallée-des-Tisserands. The school will have 24 classrooms and accommodate about 600 students.
The Centre de services scolaire des Premières-Seigneuries also awarded a contract to build a new elementary school in Stoneham. The school will have 18 classrooms and will accommodate about 400 students from the area. EXP’s mechanical and electrical engineering, civil engineering and structural engineering teams will perform the preliminary design studies and the construction.
“With vast experience in the education sector, we are able to contribute to impactful projects that will deliver modern spaces for children throughout Quebec,” says the project’s manager, Senior Director, Buildings Structure Jean-Sylvain Poupart.
