We are excited to announce the continued growth of our aviation practice with the addition of Marcos Souza as senior aviation project manager/director of aviation. Marcos joins the Miami office to manage EXP’s growing opportunities in the aviation industry, manage client relations in the southeast and manage the planning and execution of mega-projects.

We will look to Marcos’ design expertise to continue our model of delivering excellence in aviation projects from conception to completion. We look forward to strengthening our approach with new team members as we tackle a changing industry.”
Marcos specializes in port-of-entry projects and the successful lifecycle of both large and small commercial aviation projects. For over thirteen years, Marcos held project management positions on increasingly complex aviation projects including managing the construction, engineering, design and completion of projects at Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
Marcos brings familiarity and strength on aviation projects throughout Florida and the Southeast region and will continue to work with Miami and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airports. He will also venture into supporting projects at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and O’Hare International Airport. He is a registered professional engineer in Florida and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Project Management Institute.
He received his bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University in 2005. EXP has over 40 years of experience providing award-winning solutions to over 60 airports across North America and worldwide, ranging from small-scale renovations to full terminal expansion and airfield modernization programs. Utilizing technologically advanced programs and transformative approaches, EXP’s technical teams provide sustainable solutions for airports and travelers who rely on them.
