EXP is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Bronze-Level Parity Certification by Women in Governance. This distinction recognizes company practices, programs and policies that promote an inclusive and diverse culture and support women’s career advancement.
The evaluation conducted by Women in Governance includes over 75 quantitative and qualitative criteria including factors related to diversity, equity and inclusion within the company. At EXP, ensuring equitable representation of women on our teams at all levels is a priority.
“The Parity Certification process is part of our commitment to building an increasingly inclusive culture by taking steps to foster an equitable work environment. The evaluation report from Women in Governance helped us identify both our strengths and what we can do to improve,” says Marie-Hélène Lapointe, HR Director at EXP for the Quebec region.
About the Parity Certification from Women in Governance
Women in Governance’s Parity Certification begins with a comprehensive review of where an organization stands on the gender parity spectrum by assessing its strategies (culture and commitments) and actions (communications, policies and programs) as well as the results of those measures. Following the assessment, a customized report outlines the best practices and key factors that will help an organization create its roadmap to achieving gender parity and promoting inclusion.
