Creating a more sustainable future requires teams who are unwavering in their pursuit of solutions. Our offices across the globe are always searching for LEED certification opportunities, programs that allow environments to thrive and reshape how buildings and communities are operated.
By joining forces with sustainability leadership and advocates, our employees and leaders are pushing the envelope for more advanced solutions and initiatives to support this mission. Leading our program at EXP is Amy Pastor, PE, CxA, LEED AP, director of commissioning and sustainability. With a fine-tuned vision of the future, Amy leads our teams to create sustainability programs for world-class projects.
Recently, Amy, who sits on the Central Florida Board of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), met with Mahesh Ramanujam, president and chief executive officer at U.S. Green Building Council and Rhiannon Jacobsen, vice president, market transformation and development at US Green Buildings Council at our Maitland office. Alongside young engineers, sustainability advocates and professionals, USGBC leadership answered questions, collaborated with our team and provided insightful guidance on how we can continue to create a more sustainable future through local solutions with global impacts.
