EXP is excited to announce that Manuch Amir, PE has joined the firm as Client Service Leader for the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, Manuch will develop and implement a broad range of business planning initiatives, support EXP’s regional offices and assist our clients to provide solutions to transportation challenges.
Throughout his career, Manuch has built expertise in planning, project development and management, policy development and client relations. In his various roles, he has managed an array of client needs from negotiating contracts to organizing project budgets and schedules. In addition to serving state DOTs, local governments and MPOs, Manuch served the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) as Project Director on a broad range of projects including removing transportation barriers, improving resiliency and achieving the objectives of the client’s strategic plan.

Manuch holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in civil engineering from Marshall University. He is also a Professional Engineer in West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio, Florida and Washington, DC.
