EXP’s corporate communications team won a silver Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) National Award of Excellence in the Best Multimedia Projects category for the #myEXPerience employee video testimonial series at the Cultivate 2021 Virtual Conference.
The #myEXPerience video series was developed to define and accurately represent EXP’s unique workplace culture. Each video captured an employee’s singular experience, with all the interesting projects and people around them, to show the impact they’ve had in their career, and ask potential employees the question, “What will your experience be?”
The series has been in use by our recruitment team since late 2019 to elevate our social media posts and career fair booths at major universities and virtual environments. The series’ concept was recently extended to include the intern experience, featuring students from across North America, to tell us what they learned from their time with us.
“When we first set out to capture our employees’ passion for their work, we recognized right away that everyone’s experience is one of a kind. Everyone’s career path belongs to them.” says Emmanuelle Landry, vice president of corporate communications. “What I think we did really well was thread together what unites us as a company and brings us closer together.”
Congratulations to the corporate communications team for once again being recognized by their peers and the industry! The video series was also the recipient of the Society of Marketing Professional Services People’s Choice Award earlier this year
