EXP’s Central Ontario Infrastructure group is proud to achieve the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 certification after passing a rigorous assessment of the group’s quality management system. The certification process was led by Scott Irvine, Senior Director of the Commercial, Retail and Petroleum group and is an example of EXP’s commitment to delivering high-standard, quality and timely services to our clients.
“This certification is an important milestone for EXP’s Central Ontario infrastructure group. It has strengthened the mindset and dedication of our team regarding quality and continuous improvement and paved the way in establishing a strong and credible project management system,” said Vice President, Infrastructure, Central Ontario Chris Sandink.
As an ISO-certified group, the team is required to perform routine internal audits at the project and overall group levels to ensure procedures, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) and deliverables consistently reach the ISO standard.
In Canada, EXP’s Burnaby, Quebec and Fredericton operations are also ISO 9001:2015 certified. EXP maintains a stringent internal quality management system throughout all operations.
As a multidisciplinary practice, EXP has the expertise and experience to meet evolving challenges in the infrastructure sector. To learn more about our services, contact Vice President, Infrastructure, Central Ontario Chris Sandink.
