EXP’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Deborah Walters has been recognized as a finalist for the Financial Executives International Chicago Chapter’s CFO of the Year Award in the Large Private Sector category. The award identifies each CFO’s exceptional contributions to the profession and their organizations.

Deborah brings over 30 years of financial expertise to EXP and is acknowledged throughout the industry as a champion for financial success and shareholder return on investment and an advocate for new opportunities for shareholders, employees and clients. She is a dedicated mentor to her staff, leading a team of 117 financial experts who serve the entirety of EXP’s financial functions including managing the firm’s yearly revenue, accounting and reporting, auditing, corporate credit managing, budgeting, treasury, tax planning, insurance and risk management.
