EXP is proud to announce the promotion of Marcos Souza to Vice President, Aviation. As Vice President, Marcos will oversee the progression of aviation projects and continue to expand EXP’s presence in the aviation industry. Marcos has over a decade of experience in program/construction management and engineering design, with extensive experience in port-of-entry projects.
Throughout his time at EXP, Marcos has significantly contributed to the expansion of EXP’s aviation presence throughout the southeast region and North America. His expertise has led to many significant expansion and rehabilitation projects at airports including Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Miami International Airport, Nashville International Airport, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and the recently awarded Passenger Terminal Expansion Project at Pensacola International Airport. Marcos’ experience managing projects from the initiation stage to the completion stage positions him to continue to be an asset to our clients and a leader within the firm.

Marcos has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Florida Atlantic University. He is a Professional Engineer in the states of Florida and Georgia, a registered Project Management Professional and a registered Construction Document Technologist. Marcos is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Project Management Institute and the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation.
