With the recent uptick in COVID-19 cases, our offices continue to take measures to keep our employees safe. EXP’s Ontario office on Queen Street had a pre-holiday luncheon planned for employees and canceled as a proactive measure. With a surplus of 60 individually boxed lunches, team members sought an opportunity to give back.
EXP’s partner, Facility Plus, helped connect EXP with Ontario’s local food bank, Eden Food for Change, and together, 60 boxed lunches were donated. Eden Food for Change is committed to increasing access to healthy food in a dignified manner and empowering the communities it serves. “It was important to find a way to still come together before the holidays, even if apart. Working closely with our partners, we combined efforts and leveraged resources to ensure we found a quick solution to support our community. We were proud to find a solution and donate to those in need,” said Facilities Coordinator Jodi Proulx.
