EXP is pleased to announce the promotion of Sarah Wilkinson, CPSM to vice president, corporate marketing. Sarah and her team are responsible for the development of key marketing strategies to support the firm’s growth objectives and global marketing initiatives to reach clients – from brand management and recognition to website, CRM strategies, advertising, events and more.
As a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) with 20 years of professional experience, Sarah’s career spans a range of marketing and knowledge management positions in the architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) industry. Beginning her career in business continuity, working with notable clients to develop business, emergency response and crisis communications plans, Sarah developed a passion for problem-solving and delivering solutions for clients through marketing initiatives. This led her to the realm of proposals, where she managed national and international pursuits and held knowledge management roles.
Starting at EXP in July 2015 as a knowledge manager, Sarah’s position evolved to director, corporate marketing. Over the course of her career, Sarah has established successful performance history with clients and employees. With a passion for sustainability and zeal for infrastructure, Sarah is a member of EXP’s sustainability committee, where she supports firmwide sustainability goals and strategies. Alongside these skills, she is an advocate for creating collaborative and dynamic environments

Sarah is a graduate of Boston University with a BS in communication with a specialty in public relations and a BA in political science. She is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS), as well as a previous member of the SMPS Chicago Programs Committee and mentor for the SMPS Chicago mentorship program.
