Sterling Bay’s Pacific Center, located in San Diego’s Sorrento Mesa area is a life sciences campus that features curated amenities and innovative facilities that guide discovery and inspire scientists. Phase I of construction was completed in April 2025, providing 500,000 square feet of rentable, Class A, state-of-the-art research space, a 28,000 square-foot amenity center and a parking facility. With a focus on sustainability and elevating the tenant experience, the Pacific Center will support the growing life sciences hub of Sorrento Mesa.
