This Sunday, March 8, we’re celebrating International Women’s Day, the global celebration and recognition of the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.
At EXP, we support #EachforEqual, advocating for the increased awareness against gender bias to safeguard a productive workplace for all employees. Across all of our offices, we believe in EXPonential possibilities for all employees, without exception.
In our industry, we are challenged with the underrepresentation of women and girls in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) disciplines. To break barriers, biases and provide better built and natural environments where we live, work and play, we are dedicated to being part of the solution. We are committed to each employee having the opportunity to reach for the stars and recognizing the valuable and equal contributions of women in our industry, examining our hiring practices and actively seeking opportunities for women to have equal representation.
To celebrate this year’s International Women’s Day and Women History Month, we stood together to show support for an #EachforEqual world and our commitment to making steps towards a stronger industry.
