EXP proudly announces Eric Knauth, PE, LEED AP, Department Manager, has been recognized by the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) as a Kenneth G. Wentink Fellow. The individuals honored have made significant and exceptional contributions to the plumbing engineering profession, the Society and the plumbing industry. With a membership of over 7,500 plumbing industry professionals, approximately 90 individuals have received this honor.
Eric has over 20 years of experience as a plumbing professional, being with EXP for his entire career. He has served as the lead plumbing engineer responsible for plumbing system analysis and design for healthcare, hospitality, entertainment and gaming projects involving new construction and renovation. Eric has applied his niche expertise and comprehensive understanding of engineering processes throughout his career to advocate for and implement innovative and cost-effective plumbing solutions. With his elevation to FASPE, he joins a distinguished group of plumbing professionals who have made significant advancements in their field. Members who receive ASPE Fellow status retain the designation as a lifetime honor.

Eric has volunteered with ASPE since 2002, serving in multiple Central Florida Chapter board positions for multiple terms, including President, VP-Technical, and VP-Legislative. He has authored various documents, including a water heating design manual.
