EXP is pleased to announce that Walter Clark, PE has joined EXP as vice president of infrastructure. Based out of the firm’s Bridgewater, New Jersey office, Walter is responsible for leading the firm’s infrastructure initiatives in the Northeast region through market penetration, strategic positioning efforts and the development of new client relations.
“Walter brings a diversified portfolio and proven experience on signature and large infrastructure projects,” said EXP’s Senior Vice President, John Flint. “His national and global experience furthers our ability to meaningfully impact transportation projects and support clients and communities. We’re very excited he’s onboard, and we look forward to his contributions.”
Walter brings over 18 years of infrastructure experience and has held numerous senior leadership positions at other engineering services firms. His established track record of assembling and leading project teams and management of successful client and stakeholder relationships has supported the delivery of significant projects including the New Tappan Zee Bridge, the Goethals Bridge Replacement, Long Island Railroad (LIRR), Jamaica Capacity Improvements Projects Phase I and II, Trillium Line Extension, Ottawa and many others. He is recognized for leadership skills, technical proficiency, operational excellence, planning, design and construction, as well as commercial operations with a deep understanding of financial and legal requirements.
Walter is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and holds a Master of Business Administration, Finance from the University of Nebraska. He is a licensed and professional engineer in the states of Texas and New York.
