EXP employees are a part of the cities they work in. For our team members, being a part of a city means designing transit stations, healthcare buildings or telecommunication operations centers for community members, constructing bridges, providing services for roadways or lighting design systems and much more. In Miami, it also means rooting for the home team, the Miami Marlins. On Thursday, July 21, 24 team members from EXP offices across Florida attended the Miami Marlins game against the Texas Rangers.
“We fundamentally believe in creating unique opportunities to bring together team members from different disciplines, specialties and locations to share in unique experiences. It provides our team members the ability to feel connected to their leaders and each other. We were very honored to join together at the Miami Marlin’s game, as sporting events share the same level of camaraderie that we believe in,” said EXP Municipal Senior Manager Jose Santiago. The Miami Marlins shared with EXP, “The Miami Marlins are committed to providing a first-class fan experience, offering the entertainment that South Florida craves and can only be found at loanDepot park. As the hometown team, we are proud to represent the passion and culture of our large and diverse community.”
