From May 9 to 12, EXP attended the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Spring Meeting in New Orleans and was the sponsor for the Host State Night Event which took place at the National WWII Museum. EXP’s President and Chief Operating Officer Mark Dvorak, Senior Vice President John Flint, Vice President of Transportation Brian Umbright, and consultant Andrew Bonds joined fellow transportation leaders to discuss how to strengthen transportation networks with equitable, innovative, and resilient solutions, overcome logistical issues, and address the complex challenges facing the transportation industry today, for a better future.
“EXP was proud to be the host state night sponsor, bringing together Department of Transportation (DOT) leaders and firms from across the United States who share a vision of advancing the transportation industry. To further the initiatives of the DOTs and enhance the communities we serve, EXP is delivering solutions to support active transportation plans and sustainable initiatives including electric vehicle charging facilities, addressing transportation safety concerns with innovative technologies and supporting equity across all forms of transportation,” said John Flint.
